Sport Overview

Participants will learn the basics of the Olympic sport of rugby sevens – a fast scaled-down form of rugby that combines elements of soccer, basketball, football, & ultimate frisbee. "Sevens" refers to the number of players in a full team. A USA sport since 1875, rugby offers participants both physical and mental stimulation.
