9th-12th GRADE
KIDSPORTS offers competitive spring soccer leagues for high school boys and girls. Eighth graders are eligible to participate. Teams register with KIDSPORTS by submitting a team roster and paying team fees. KIDSPORTS requires that all local teams be formed by high school area unless a team cannot be formed without a two school combination. Out-of-district teams may be formed from more than one high school area. KIDSPORTS will recognize and register any eligible team from a high school area.
All rostered players and at least one head coach must be registered with the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) through the Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA). KIDSPORTS will act as the registering club for any teams not affiliated with a soccer club recognized by OYSA.
FIFA Laws of the Game apply to all KIDSPORTS high school soccer games except for rules modifications specified by KIDSPORTS.

If the official referee does not show for a game, the two opposing coaches may agree to play the game with a mutually approved alternate referee. The teams should immediately call KIDSPORTS and we will likely be able to get a referee out to the game to take over for the volunteer referee who started the game. If the game is played with an agreed upon alternative referee, the game result will count as official. If the two coaches cannot agree on an alternative referee, the game will be rescheduled by KIDSPORTS.
N. Protests - Referees judgement decisions during a game are final (not appealable). KIDSPORTS will hear and act on protests/appeals, but no game result will ever be overturned unless an ineligible player was used.
