Out-of-District team registrations consist of:
1. Team Fee payment (see info for specific sport in the left hand column of this page)
2. Team Roster with names, verified grade, and school attending.
3. Completed individual KIDSPORTS registration form signed by parent/guardian for each player on the Team Roster.
4. Completed “Coach’s Application and Background Check Form”
5. Gym/Field availability form to schedule your home games
6. “Out-of-District Resources” form signed by the KIDSPORTS Support Services Manager and Basketball Coordinator (if appropriate)
7. Game Schedule Conflict Request Form
