High School Basketball team registration consist of:

1. Team Fee payment ($500/team) "We've reduced the price by $100 this year to help in these tough economic times!!!"

2. Team Roster with names, verified grade, and school attending.

3. Completed individual KIDSPORTS registration form signed by parent/guardian for each player on the Team Roster.

4. Game Schedule Conflict Request Form
