Out-of-District team registrations consist of:
1. Team Fee payment (see info for specific sport in the right hand column of this page)
2. Team Roster with names, verified grade, and school attending.
3. Completed individual KIDSPORTS registration form signed by parent/guardian for each player on the Team Roster.
4. Completed Coach "To do list" for each coach each school year.
5. Gym/Field availability form to schedule your home games (for 5th grade and above)
6. "Out-of-District Resources" form signed by the KIDSPORTS Support Services Manager and Basketball Coordinator (if appropriate) (see info for each sport in the right hand column of this page)
7. Game Schedule Conflict Request Form
