Kids Fun and Fitness Clinics (Details Here)
KIDSPORTS and Track City Track Club are putting on a series of 1-hour fitness clinics
running April thru August for ages 5 and up. More Details Here. Cost is $20 per 5-week
session. Register online here or at the KIDSPORTS office.


Lacrosse

- Kidsports boys rules Lacrosse program (girls can play also) for 5 th-8 th graders in April and May of 2008.  The cost will be $105 per kid and registration must be done in person at the Eugene or Springfield Kidsports office. This is to ensure that we get the US Lacrosse form for insurance filled out.  Please note that e ach participant will be required to supply their own personal gear comprising of: helmet with face mask, mouth guard, shoulder pads, gloves and a stick, approximately a $200 investment.  We are planning on holding the “camp style sessions” every Monday and Wednesday starting April 7 th and ending May 22 nd.  This is an introduction to lacrosse rather than a “team formation” league.  The site will be rotated every session.  For further information please contact davec@kidsports.org or call 683-2374 x112.

KIDSPORTS & Grand Slam, USA are teaming up to present the 2008 Baseball/Softball Coaches Clinic, in conjunction with our Organizational Meeting. The clinic format is an interactive activity, and will last about an hour and a half prior to our meeting – please bring your baseball/softball glove. We will concentrate on three areas:

  • Throwing/Fielding
  • Pitching
  • Hitting

Steve Wolf – KIDSPORTS/Tampa Bay Rays scout
